Book a Party with us!

  • The Makers’ Space room rental is $75 for a 3-hour Party. This time includes set up and take down of whatever decorations or party gear you bring in. You will have access to our small inside art studio as well as our covered outside space, bathroom, chairs and tables. Our studio space will be festively dressed for the season however please note that any party decor must be provided by either yourself or your party host.

  • Feel free to add an additional service by booking one of our talented artists and party hosts or a paint your own pottery activity!

  • We do not provide cakes, party favors, plates, utensils, or pinatas! Please make sure you bring these fun additions if you’d like them.

  • All parties have a refundable $50 cleaning deposit.

  • Our parties are limited to a maximum of 10 children.

Make your party extra special with our paint your own pottery experience!

Each pottery piece is individually priced, with costs varying from \$12.00 to \$35.00. Following a brief tutorial from our staff, your group will have the opportunity to paint their own pottery. Once completed, our staff will glaze and fire the pieces, which will be ready for collection in approximately two weeks. All glazes used are non-toxic and safe for food contact.

  • Tanya Nordberg (AKA Tanya Tea fairy)

    Looking for a fun woodland and fairy themed birthday party for your little one? Tanya TeaFairy Nordberg is an Artist, a Performance Artist, and a Party Consultant. She offers a couple different party packages and works closely with many different local artists and entertainers.

    There is a $50 Consultant Fee/ Deposit. This covers Tanya’s time while she helps book an additional artist or entertainment and discuss your Party plans.

    Party Packages are All 2 Hour Party packages. Prices are geared toward a party of 10 party guests/participants.

    (Add a StoryTime with a Special Gift Book for the birthday Guest of Honor for $30)

  • Katie Mather of Nature's Mosaic

    Katie is a local mosaic artist with a love for planning parties! She hosts mosaic workshops and parties all over Humboldt County and would love to work with you and your group to create the perfect creative event. She offers stained glass mosaic heart rocks, plaques, house address signs, jewelry and light switch covers! Katie’s Workshop Parties are per person and prices vary depending on what project you choose. Katie’s Classes are great for kids ages 8 and up as well as family gatherings, work parties and adult art parties!

  • Melissa Fletcher

    Melissa is a self-taught block print artist. Her art is inspired by her life experiences and Humboldt County’s abundance of beauty. She spends her free time hiking the redwoods with her children and exploring the intertidal looking for nudibranchs. Melissa has a degree in marine biology and enjoys subbing at local schools around Humboldt County. She loves working with kids of all ages but recommends block printing parties for kids ages 10 and older. Block printing parties are wonderfully diverse as you print on many different surfaces including bags, clothes, and paper goods!

    Melissa’s parties run from $25-$50 per person depending on the workshop.
